At Fit for Christ we believe that working out; physical and spiritual strengthening work together for quality of life. There are obvious reasons to exercise, the health benefits are paramount. The secondary reward is not so bad either, looking good and feeling good. We have to exercise mind, body & soul. A flexible body can cope with life’s stresses more successfully and can ensure long-range movements for years. Consider attending a class, give it a try. Something special happens when we fellowship in fitness together and God get all the Glory!

2) Step forward with your
right leg

3) Slowly bend your right knee
keeping your left leg straight

4) Continue to bend your right
knee until a gentle stretch is
felt on top of the thigh

5) Hold for 5 seconds

6) Return to the start position

7) Repeat steps 1 - 6 five more
times 8) Perform with left leg
forward

1) Lie flat on your stomach

2) Push up with both arms
bending backwards

3) Continue until your arms are
straight

4) Hold the position for 15
seconds

5) Repeat 3 times

1) Sit on the floor with your legs
straight out in front of you

2) Reach forward toward your
toes

3) Continue until a gentle stretch
is felt behind your knees

4) Hold the position for
15 seconds

5) Repeat 3 times
